Prior to DAC at VITA I somehow got the impression that responsibility was a bad word.
we only hear that word whenever we do something wrong or we did'nt do something that we were supposed to do. Like in childhood when we break a glass we get to hear "WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?". In adulthood when we dont live upto the expectations we get to hear "WHY ARE'NT YOU MORE RESPONSIBLE?"
But it was VITA where i understood the meaning of the word 'RESPONSIBILITY' in its real sense.
Environment was very apt and committing mistakes was no more looked up as a sin yet every student was held responsible right from the coming on time from the 1st day till submitting his project on last day.
VITA taught me reponsibility means "my ability to respond" something that i was weak at. But this simple lesson has landed me in POLARIS today. THANKS VITA!!!!!!!!
